Waited 40 minutes to be called for a haircut when the wait was 20, after the first 20 minutes into the wait I asked one of the laddies why I havent been called and I just noticed my name wasnt on the TV wait list. She told me to sign in again due to the kiosk doesnt work sometimes and then my name was on the wait list I asked since ive already been here for a while can I jump the line? Nope, wasnt even curtious about it just a disrespectful no and not to mention I asked a few people around me and nobody honestly cared. sidenote, if you notice someone who was waiting to be called and people sign in after you and get called for a haircut before you, you need to pay some attention to detail and not to mention knowing the kiosk was broken.... I just left to say the least.

Savannah does my hair cut. She always is HAPPY and has a great PERSONALITY. I would give her a 11 on a scale of 1 to 10. My son thinks she is GREAT also.
